At iCubes we have 3 warranty options, below are details of each warranty option available:
3 Year Return to Base Warranty; Terms and Conditions:
If your goods have been diagnosed as faulty due to hardware failure
1. Within the first 3 months (from date of invoice)
• iCubes will be responsible for the collection of your faulty goods on a working day that has been mutually agreed from an address of
your convenience within the mainland United Kingdom Only.
• Once we receive the goods we will undertake a diagnostics check, establish the fault and repair accordingly.
• Any or all faulty parts will be replaced to carry out the repair.
• The warranty is limited to the repair of diagnosed hardware faults only which were purchased from iCubes.
• We will accept no liability whatsoever for the Backing up and preservation of the buyers data.
• The warranty excludes any faults arising from Software installed by the customer or their agents.
2. After the first 3 months (from date of invoice)
• You will be responsible to send the goods to us or you can take advantage of our collection service, charged on your credit/debit card for
each collection.
• Once we receive the goods we will undertake a diagnostics check, establish the fault and repair accordingly.
• Any or all faulty parts will be replaced to carry out the repair.
• The warranty is limited to the repair of diagnosed hardware faults only which were purchased from iCubes.
• We will accept no liability whatsoever for the Backing up and preservation of the buyers data.
• The warranty excludes any faults arising from Software installed by the customer or their agents
3. After the first 2 Years (from date of invoice)
• You will be responsible to send the goods to us or you can take advantage of our collection service, charged on your credit/debit card for
each collection.

• A detailed estimate will be provided detailing any parts need to repair your PC. Once the client had agreed to all costs, the repair will
will be undertaken. Labour will be covered by the warranty
• The warranty is limited to the repair of diagnosed hardware faults only which were purchased from iCubes.
• We will accept no liability whatsoever for the Backing up and preservation of the buyers data.
• The warranty excludes any faults arising from Software installed by the customer or their agents.
